Adding a New Lead or Contact
You can create a new Lead or a Contact while you are chatting.
Chat Inbox checks for a phone match in Zoho CRM Leads, Contacts and Sales Order modules when you click a chat.
If there is no match you can create a new Lead or Contact in Zoho CRM.
Select one of these;
- New Lead
- New Contact with a Deal or not
