Adding Media as Attachment
You can share

- Files
with Zoho CRM with one click.
To add an image of a file to Contacts, Leads and Sales Orders;
Press small Chevron menu icon near the image or file.
- That icon appears only on hover that file or image.
Select Send ZohoCRM as Attachment or Send ZohoCRM as Note.
