Adding Tasks
You can add Tasks to Leads, Contacts, Sales Orders and Deals.
To add a new Task press Add Task button for the selected module (Leads, Contacts or Sales Orders)
- Change the module in Related Object select box if you need to add this task to a Deal.
- Select a predefined date (2 hours later, tomorrow, 2 days later or 1 week later) OR select your date/time in date box.
- Type your task note and press Save.
You can see your new task in Zoho CRM
