Starting Chats from Zoho CRM
You can start chat directly from Zoho CRM Lead or Contact page.
To start a Whatsapp chat or continue chatting with your customer;
- Go to Details page for a Lead or Contact.
- Press Start Chat with Chatinbox button.
You will see a pop-up widget;
Login to Chatinbox first, if you havent.
- If you previously communicated with this customer;You will see Continue Chat button
- If you are not contacted with this customer before;You will see a Start Chat button.
Type your first message
You can start chatting right in this pop-up window.
